2012 James Ross Update

DetNews's Sam Webb caught up with "Super Sophomore" James Ross Jr this week to discuss his recruiting process. Ross is basically 2012's Lawrence Thomas, except Michigan has a better chance this time around.

Despite favoring MSU and OSU early on, a recent trip to Ann Arbor has put Michigan level at the top of the leader board.

  1. this is unrelated but what is new with trey depriest and his college decision?

  2. DePriest is really focused on Basketball at the moment, so there haven't been any major developments in his recruitment. He will be visiting Michigan this spring to check out a practice or two, which is encouraging. He hasn't named a leader or anything, but Michigan is probably up there on his list.

  3. ok thanks. also what do you think the chances are that michigan lands DePriest and gets a bit of a domino effect and lands Braxton Miller in the process because of their rumored friendship.

  4. Doubtful. I could see us getting DePriest if the team has a good season, but Michigan didn't even make Braxton Miller's top 10. Miller will probably end up at OSU.
