When I took a look at the ideal/likely finish to the 2011 class, I mentioned that Michigan had stopped recruiting Cyrus Hobbi. Still not sure on the reason why (who dropped who?), but its now official that Michigan is out of the race.
He's named a top three of USC, Arizona State and UCLA, and will use up his remaining officials on schools not named Michigan...shame.
Hobbi would have been a great addition to the O-line class, but he was always going to be a tough target. Still, things are looking good with Chris Bryant, so if the Wolverines land him then they will have four decent offensive lineman in the class, with the possibility that Anthony Zettel could end up on the O-Line if he attends Michigan too.
